Where do you ship to?

We ship to the US and many international destinations including Canada, the UK, Australia, and more. Shipping availability is shown at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 24–72 hours. Delivery typically takes 6–15 days depending on your location.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also use our Track Your Order page anytime.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, email us at nersonsantiago@gmail.com.

What items can't be returned?

Perishable goods (like treats), personalized items, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
